Dear MLTAWA members,

It is with a saddened heart that I send our very esteemed and much respected colleague Dr. Lindy Norris, and her family, the sincerest condolences of our MLTAWA members on the tragic loss of her husband Nick and beloved grandchildren, all victims of the tragic air disaster.

Nick was a great champion and advocate of languages, having served on MLTAWA committees in vital roles in the early days of MLTAWA and in more recent times had continued to share his vast knowledge with us on many occasions at conferences, workshops, and leadership seminars in languages education and so forth. He will be sorely missed by our colleagues.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Lindy and her family.
