Additionally, I am thrilled to announce that registrations are growing for the MLTAWA 2024 State Conference. Register Now for the MLTAWA 2024 State Conference

Registrations are open for the MLTAWA 2024 State Conference Advancing Languages Education: Bridging Cultures, Connecting Communities! This event is an excellent opportunity for Languages educators to connect, learn, and grow professionally. Join us for a series of workshops, keynote speeches, and networking sessions designed to inspire and equip you with the latest strategies and insights in Languages teaching. Don’t miss our fabulous line-up of state and national Keynote Speakers: Professor Emeritus Joseph Lo Bianco and Matt Absalom from the University of Melbourne, Kate Xavier from Together for Humanity and Dr Libby Lee-Hammond with Sophia Mung from Purnululu Aboriginal Independent Community School. Bring along a colleague who has never been to an MLTAWA Conference before and share the enriching experience with them. The draft program will be available in early July.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that MLTAWA is offering two grants to support attendance at the Conference. These grants are designed to assist members who might otherwise be unable to participate due to financial constraints. To apply for a grant, please visit our grant application page and submit your application by June 30. There is one grant for regional attendees and one for a presenter.
