FREE Programs for PERTH Schools to Foster Understanding/Tackle Prejudice 27–30 April

Together for Humanity will be in Perth from Monday April 27th to Thursday April 30th, providing free teacher professional development and student programs to enhance intercultural understanding and inclusion.

Please get in touch if your school community would benefit from our dynamic and engaging programs that address racism and prejudice and support wellbeing. With increasing concerns around social cohesion, inclusion and respect in schools and community, our work with both students and teachers is needed more than ever to help support the vital work of schools to foster greater understanding, empathy and inclusion.

External evaluations have shown that Together for Humanity’s student programs:

1) challenge stereotypes and alleviate their fears of others,
2) deal with prejudice and discrimination [including anti-Semitism and Islamophobia], and
3) promote the acquisition of empathy and mutual acceptance as well as a sense of belonging and connection.

Please see our Program Offering Booklet attached to view our range of offerings for students and teachers.  If you would like to make a booking or discuss anything else related to our work (or our visit to Perth in April), please do reach out to [email protected]

Together For Humanity is supported by the Commonwealth Department of Education to work with school communities to eliminate prejudice so all young people feel they belong.

Research shows that a sense of belonging at school contributes to a student’s wellbeing and academic success.*
