As parent body to the MLTAWA, the Australian Federation of Modern Language Teachers Associations (AFMLTA) has shown support for its members and formally raised concern about two issues with the current WA Curriculum: Languages: the lack of a 7-10 sequence and existence of only one single pathway (second language) for Chinese.
